OK gnxparts - do you still have the original cardboard liners & original carpet sections? If you do you could do two DIY things.
NUMBER 1 - If the cardboard backers are good they could be recovered hopefully. Maybe fabric will come off with care? The floor section is the same pattern as the black OEM base Regal floor carpet. The key parts are the left, right and center cardboard backed press-in fit sections.
I am making a kit for my project car. The OEM gray speaker box/trunk liner material is available on the internet or at least something VERY close is. Google "GM heather trunk liner" - maybe #1040? There are a bunch of online retailers that will sell carpet to you. I bought from 'Upholstery Supply Online' - they had a special on the widest 64" Lt. Heather for $3.50/yd. AND if you buy 10 yds. they will knock off another $1 yd. So find a buddy who wants a kit too. I just ordered 5 yd. to do my trunk including the underside of the deck if I measured right - I use my fingers to count up.

Total was like $28 delivered.
Options include Ford Dark Heather - heaven forbid but it looks GOOD and is darker (different price too maybe) and Black - another GM color used for the basic floor liner.
NUMBER 2 - Use the busted up pieces as patterns for your own cardboards. Local upholstery shops have heavy backer board for not too much $/ The great guy who did my interior just coughed up 4 sheets for the asking so I would not bug him and his staff while they worked on the two high roller concourse interiors and a big buck brown F100 interior that had them totally occupied.
Last note: Home Depot has heavy duty adhesive that those aftermarket hoodliners used to recommend ...... if you don't order adhesive online as it has to be ground shipped I think.
That is about it - I probably went on too long. I haven't finished mine yet but the backers are cut and ready to be trimmed as needed. I might have some pics of them somewhere. Good luck/
