otc2000 power?

i have this otc2000 that i bought months ago n trying to use for the first time but cant get the thing to turn on i put the power connector into my cigarette lighter and nothing the lighter works fine so idk wats going on so i have option 2 which is to use the 2 clamps positive and negative i just dont know where to hook them up to thats where i need some help on thanx

thanx i thought the same thing i just didnt think it would reach but i found an extension and just tried it out i have power now , now i just have to learn to use it thanx again
