A few years ago if you had a 11 sec GN, you owned the streets. Times are changing guys

Out of the box, we still rule the streets. However a few bolt on's and these cars are flying. Good thing a vendor stepped up like TA to offer a block to withstand some serious HP. Most of the Stage stuff is all crap anymore

The thing that sucks is that Buick is out, I mean totally out of the performance game. Cadillac gets the performance luxury, Pontiac gets the performance with a slightly more civilized wrapper and Chevy continues to do the basic go fast cars of GM. Where does that leave Buick..... Retired Senior Citizen, Golfers, and those who want FWD in a luxury car so they won't buy Lincoln or Mercury. Just to think that Buick used to do exactly what Cadillac is doing now. With its high power heritage, you'd think that Buick would be the place to do that, imagine the Buick CTS as the Regal and the CTS-V as the Grand National or Gran Sport. Take the STS and make it the Electra with the STS-V the Invicta. Leave the XLR with Caddy and find something cool for a compact like dare I say a AWD Cobalt streched a few inchs with a more formal body and luxury insides. Cadillac never had a GSX, GNX, the Stage I 455, 465 Super Wildcat, LC2. Even the 500 Caddy monster was in such a mammoth car that it didn't feel anything more than surefooted.
Move over Oldsmobile, here comes Buick to join the GM has beens....... I'm practically crying.

Honestly..... Who cares? People lose perspective, these are only cars we're talking about. There's plenty of room for all kinds of fast cars, whether muscle cars, "rice", sedans... Hell, wagons and diesel trucks too. If you're into cars you take what you have and try to make it better. You win some races and lose some, as long as you're not an egotistical ass about your win or loss, it's all in fun *shrug*

Bottom line...A 10k TR will still put a hurtin' on 50k+ cars all day long.
