Out comes a vigilante, in goes a PTS xtreme

I am very interested in purchasing a 200R4 which was built by Vince Janis from a good freind that is stepping up.(TH400)It presently has a vigilante 4000 stall .."N" pump? .. My current setup includes a PTS xtreme 9X11 which I am NOT willing to part with.
Is it an easy swap? Is the "N" pump part of the converter or trany pump? Much Thanks for any info. John
