output on pass side of the thottle body by the IACV ... where does it go?

I just noticed ther is a output on the passanger side of the throttle body right by the IACV thats not pluged up where should it go. My idle goes up and down it might be cause by this port not going where its suppose to any info would be helpful, thanks.

Very likely that you are looking at one of 2 throttle body coolant lines. GM ran engine coolant to the TB to keep it from icing up in cold weather. Majority of people have it unhooked. Should also be 2 ports on the metal heater lines on that side that are blocked or looped.
