so why does the search onTB tell me 20 and 22 gnx i am confused,COULD it give false readings on scanmaster for 02s and blm???????? at idle
 
AC delco sensors have the purple wire. The afs22 is the GNX one, get that if your getting
 
car runs ok driveing around,but c counts are very slow ,I will remove it and put the right one in.........THANKS GUYS

I just looked and Razor says the 21 is the GNX sensor and another board member listed GM part numbers that matched the detailed PN for an 87 GN with afs20.

There was good detail in the post that called the 20 the GN sensor and if Julio calls the 21, the GNX sensor, I've got to believe him.

WELL ,all I can say is i put the 22 in and my cross counts are cycleing perfectly,,guys dont put in a afs 21...only 20 and 22..I REST MY CASE

Interesting. I've been running a 21 in my 87 for over 12 years now. Still works perfectly.

And that is a strong argument! :D

I am fairly certain that I just put a 21 in and it is reading great!

As I commented on Razor, based on his reputation, if I were to make up a name for TurboDave, it would be, The Tune Master, based on all his posts that I have read. So if he likes the 21, that says a lot...
