oxygen sensor reading 944 with low blm's

was driving my regal yesterday and out of no where the o2 jumps to 944 and blm's drop to 115. i have since swapped MAF sensors, o2 sensors, ecm and nothing fixes the problem. when i give it throttle the o2 readin drops into the 800's and then goes right back when it drops to idle. car runs like crap and doesnt idle long til it dies...any thoughts ?

Whats the fp? Is it adj.? maybe took a poop.

yes its adjustable...bout 38 at idle goes up to about 43 with vac line off. jumps to 43 when the idle screws up and motor dies

i have the old non-adjustable. think i should swap them just in case ?

Your fuel pressure should be at 43 with the vacuum line off at idle.

yea thats what i have.....but when it starts to die it went up to about 43.....this is all at idle....
