Oxygen Sensor

Hi Guys,

Where is the oxygen sensor located on an 87 GN? I bought a replacement NGK but my mechanic could not find where to install it. I am not the original owner of rhe car. Is it possible the oxygen sensor has been removed altogether?

Just before the exhaust enters the turbo. It kinda points towards the drivers seat.

No, unplug the connector and get yourself a 7/8 wrench and remove it!

Someone would have to be a real idiot to remove the 02 sensor on one of these cars. Yes it's on the pass side header before the flange where the turbo mounts up at.
