Paint and body shop recomendation

Hope to get the car painted this year. Any recommendations on body shops? Will need a nice set of bumpers first. Chrome, black, fiberglass. Will probably go with fiberglass but would like to see if anyone has some steel bumpers. I love the look of glass bumpers but no protection. I had a front set on my last show car. Got rear ended and pushed me into another car and really screwed up the front..... would have been minimum damage with a steel bumper.... Guess it's a gamble.
