Since the heads are off, I thought I would give this a try. I like em. Im just posting passenger side, haven't got the tape off the driver side yet. Wasn't sure what yellow to use.

I like it. I've thought of using the metallic red and gold like our Power 6 badges.

Post pic on motor when installed.

thank you man. probably not. I'm gonna be ready to slap it all back together this weekend. I have another intake coming, just don't know if i can wait for it! lol! may throw the old one back on and just have a spare! lol

I know what your talking about. Its the excitement of getting the car running again . My car still has a long way to go, but im still trying to finish by fall and wait till next year for the paint job. If it was me id wait for the intake. You dont want to have to go through this again. Better safe than sorry. Good luck hope everything turns out good for you. Thanks Rudy

Looks good! Not going to be a copy cat but it's giving me some ideas. Post some pics when on the engine and in the car. I took mine off and polished them, but now it looks like I put a chandelier in a outhouse. They are bright and every else is dull and painted. I was going to just paint them black. Good idea!

thanks y'all. I'm still debating if I'm gonna paint the intake manifold....I kinda like the stock look. It contrasts well. plus, i've got the slap it together n ride bug going.lol I plan on making it a daily driver so I probably won't detail the engine too much.
