Part Number Needed: DS power window switch

Hi all,

Anyone have the part number for this? Thanks-- one of the "tabs" on the switch broke off this weekend and I need to replace it. It's the unit that controls both the driver's side and passenger side window.

And if you have the # for the decorative plate that covers the switch I'll be doubly thankful!

Don't know the part # but i found my last one at Pep boys cover and all. The Help brand makes them

Yep, I also got the "help" one. Looks exactly the same, plugs right in.
