PARTS CAR WHOLE -----Whats it worth?

Hey guys I came across an 86 T parts car for sale. THe guy wants a heavty chunk of money for it though. It has betwenn 60 and 70K miles on it. It was wrecked and parked outside a long time ago, at least 10 years. The car is whole. The front end was replace with a N/A regal clip, otherwise its got original wheels, complete drivetrain, complete interior although it's probably been outside too long to use any of the fabrics, posi rear end, and is pretty much rust free. The passenger door doesn't open very well because it got tweeked in the accident but it still looks to be straight. I dont know how hard it would be to get the drivetrain running after sitting that long?? What do you guys think it's worth?? Wouold any of you be interested in it? -----Jeremy
