parts for low ten 2004r ?

What parts would you suggest for a 200 to live in the bottom tens? I know I want n/l and trans brake, also be using a PTC 9 in 3500-3800 stall. Engine spec 109 20 over trw pistons, center mains, ARP hardware, 215/220 FTS roller, GN1 unported , 1.55 T&D, PTE 70 p-trim,PTE front mount,TH 3in dp, 3in exhaust. Thanks
