No it is not.....But I did use it with Alky. I asked Eric from Turbo Tweak and this is what he emailed me:

"I would leave the fuel where it is, and increase timing to 23/21*. The fuel
should be about right for 23-25psi. If it's too rich or lean for the boost
you're running, bump the WOT fuel up or down.
