I have a Mease 24 row intercooler is still on my car, I'll get pics up soon $400 plus shipping

I have felpro / speed pro DFI bank to bank unit with plug and play wiring harness & data cord & wide band O2 sensor. $ 700 plus shipping

The stock stretch is that just two stock I/C's welded together? If not who is the maker?

Yep, It is two stock intercoolers made into one with bigger inlet and outlets. I have never used it, picked it up before the Mease. I don't know who was making them but various places sold them in one form or another.

After I removed the Mease intercooler from the Car I see it is the 27 Row.
