Anyone know the number? It's a single contact that has the titties offset from one another.

Thanks

Isn't that 1156? Maybe 3156. Those are common single contact bulbs.

But the titties on them are 180 degrees apart. The ones for under the dash are like 9 o clock and 2 oclock.

if you have an owner's manual, look there..

if not, pull it out and compare it to the bulbs at the store.. but don't try to be smart and get a bigger and brighter one, because you might melt stuff..

It takes a #89 bulb. Even though the protrusions are opposite one another, that is the bulb to use. The socket looks like it won't fit but it does.

Yea I believe it's a 89 specified in the book. You can also check sylvanvia.com website under "replacement bulbs". I brought a LED bulb as a replacement a couple months ago, but used a 1156 (I believe) instead of a 89. They function the same, and have the same contact points. The 1156 is longer, though. But what u mostly are looking for is the type of base that fits . The 89 & 1156 have the same base which is a "BA15s".
