When I have turbolink hooked up, my EGR numbers are always at 0%. I was told that the extender chip eliminates EGR in favor of other programming. So this means I probably won't pass emissions with this chip correct? I was also going to try and pass with my catalytic converter shell that is gutted out. Any suggestions?

I just finished a review of Indiana's smog check program. I have a few questions. Is there a visual, functional and tailpipe test or is the Indiana test relying on the tailpipe test only. It says that the vehicle is accelerated to 33mph. Are the emissions sampled during acceleration or does it sample once the vehicle speed reaches 33mph. Based on assumptions, the chip probably compensates in fuel mixture for the elimination of the EGR function. Aside from timing, the catalyst is the only other device that can control NOx. Three-way-cat only
