I'm trying to figure out how I should set this up on my car. I've read of people having issues with the PCV system in these cars.

I have the Fel-Pro intake gaskets with the valley pan gasket as well, so that should help keep some oil from getting to the PCV. Would I be better off moving the PCV to the passenger side valve cover instead of a breather?

I guess I just don't understand how this stuff works and I don't want to make any bad decisions.

From what I have seen others do people primarily seem to use the stock pcv location and use a catch can or moisture seperator to capture vapors and crankcase moisture from goin back into the intake.

You can get as fancy or functional with it as you want. I bought a moisture seperator from eastwood and it captures pretty much all the moisture and vapors that would have made it back to the intake.

The best part is now under heavy boost I no longer have oil leaking from the valve cover breathers.

Do you have a description or photo of how to install the moisture seperator to the pcv valve ? Can't figure out where to install it.....

I have some photos of my install, for the most part it is line in and line out. Just need to put a check valve between the return to the intake and the seperator.

The first link is to a picture of a little diagram of my install. You do not need to put the second check valve in as I have done. The other pictures are of the installed unit.

If you have a valley pan gasket then you shouldn't have a problem.

If you have a valley pan gasket then that would be way better than the valve cover for sure.

To be honest if your pcv is working correctly you should have no problems.

Some people (myself) have a check valve inline to the pcv valve to prevent boost from pushing past the pcv valve.

Agree with a valley gasket and correctly working PCV you shouldn't have issues. I would add to the list: good open breathers. However an engine making nice HP with a bit a blowby you may see PCV sucking oil.
