I finally have the car back together and I recorded 4 Turbolink sessions last night. The weather was cool and the car only went over 190 at idle, but stayed around 168 while driving. I noticed 6-16 degrees of knock at about 3500-4000 rpms and the MAF was pegged at 255. It seems I get more knock at part throttle than full throttle at times. Right up until the MAF read 255, the O2 was low/mid 800s so I was getting enough fuel up until then. I also noticed the voltage would dip to 11.8-12.0 at times and then back up to 13.7. This is with a new 140 Amp Alternator, high amp wire from Casper's and belt.

I ordered a TH downpipe with kick out( I will sell when I get it) & extender chip from Ramchargers. Would it make sense to also get injectors? I was only making about 14-15 psi from the stock turbo when this happened.

Whose chip are you running?
I had some part throttle knock and Eric Stage I burned a chip that really helped out. I was getting knock before my alky system kicked in.
Don't know about the voltage drop. That does not seem right and that may be the problem.

This is with the stock chip. I had a problem with the alternator where the voltage would drop at 2000 rpms, but they found a broken wire in the rotor. Now it seems to dip momentarily, which happens sometimes from what I have been told. This is why Caspers sells the volt booster. It could also be the belt slipping a little with a sudden stab of the throttle. The fuel output is there because the O2 is in the 800s. I think at part throttle, the LT1 MAF is pegged.

Nope.
You need an extender chip to use the full range of the LT1 MAF thou.

The stock chip really is obsolete for trying to make any power with.

I agree. The extender chip is on the way. Otherwise, the car runs excellent and accelerates harder than I would have thought at part throttle or about 10 psi. Coming from the monster I had before, the GN pulls hard down low and on the highway. I had never driven one until I bought this one and it's impressed me. I can't wait to add a bigger turbo and injectors.
