New here and on my first post. I'm pretty thick skinned so if I am posting this in the wrong spot don't be afraid to get on to me.
I just purchased a 2001 Buick Park Avenue Ultra W\35K miles.
I know she isn't a GTP or Riviera but I would like to hear anything I can about the Car and what to expect in the performance dept.
I have driven a friends GTP and rented a Riviera once and they ran really well. I have not beat on the Ultra yet. I know it is a much heavier car. Does anyone know what the speed limiter is set at?
Positives, negatives, anything?
It was a 1 owner lease vehicle out of Fla that is in pristine shape inside & out. Some one garage kept this car and pampered the interior.
Toyo 225\60\16 T- 118-mph Speed Rated Touring tires in excellent shape. Are these the OE tires? The tread has a couple of Yellow & Red stripes.
What should I check out or go ahead and do to insure I am taking care of the Motor & Blower?
Does the Blower have it's own oil to change?
I will be installing a K&N soon.
