This may have already been addressed in the past, but-
I have a '79 Turbo motor setup, going into a Jeep. There are no vacuum hoses on it anymore. The PEVR has 2 vacuum ports on the top. Does one run to the carb base for vacuum signal to the power valve?
What should the other port be hooked up to, if anything?
Where is a good source (port) to hook up a boost gauge?
