Hey Ryan, you lucky dog. I have been wanting to go to Italy for a long time. I am an ancient Rome buff. I love all that stuff. If I go, I also want to go to Pompeii. Fascinating stuff. Thanks for posting.

Been to Italy several times, love the place to death!!! It was only a few hours away from when I lived in Zagreb, Croatia. I miss Europe :( And the nude beaches:)

Lucky Dog,

I had a roommate from Slatina in college who was always talking Croatia up to the hilt. While I think he's just patriotic, I really would like to visit someday as I have outside conformation that it really is that nice.

Trust me your room mate is not talking it up. If you do get a chance to visit, go to KRK, Dubrovnic (can't remember how that is spelled:confused: ) and especially Zagreb. Jump on the urarail and you can be in a diffrent country within 1-2 hours, places like Hungary, Austria, Italy and so on.

Croatia is in the center of everything and is very convient for treveling, pretty expensive though:( is the only down fall. You won't be disappointed though as it has great night life, shopping, clubs, coffee shops and the people are very social if you approach them first. So, try to speak their language, the basic of course.
