Almost done, just need to finish exhaust and wiring.
I should be able to start it up for the first time within 2 weeks.

Looks good, keep us informed on how well she runs, also what tranny are you using, 200 or 700.

Transmission

I'm using the 2004r from the Buick donor car.
I just bolted the Impala trans mount to the 2004r, then cut a piece out of the Impala crossmember and it bolted right into the same hole the stock Impala trans was in.
That's how I located the engine to drill holes for the engine mounts.
Most of the time I'm spending on this swap is cleaning, grinding, polishing and painting.
Eveything is fitting together pretty easily so far.

Was there clearance problems on the ac?

AC

I don't have the air conditioning installed at this time.
I think the only problem with clearance related to a/c are the ABS brake lines.
I had to bend them all out of the way so the a/c delete pulley could fit in place.
There's a guy somewhere on this forum who put a Turbo Buick V6 in a 93 Olds Custom Cruiser and he has a/c installed so I don't think it's a problem.
