I'm on the verge of taking the Army AFAST tomorrow. I have been studying like crazy and I really really want a super high score.
If you've taken any of the tests, not just the afast, but particularly the AFAST, can you recount the gist of any of the questions in the aircraft knowledge or mechanical knowledge sections?
Im not looking for any actual questions because that would be cheating, but if you can give me hypothetical examples of questions that would be awesome.
I have used a couple of the test prep books (mostly the Arco book) and have done the airforce and navy/marine tests in addition to the AFAST so I have a good idea of the questions as presented by the book. I've also read the basic helicopter handbook cover to cover.
But if you can clue me in on even one tough question type that you ran into that may not be covered (or lightly covered) in those books I would really really really appreciate it.
