I am offering for sale the 87 stage car that once belonged to John Nguyen. The car needs some tuning to get its best but it went 6:42 in the 1/8th on #16 boost and 581RWhp/543RWtq on #17 on the dyno. Engine has about 10 8th mile passes and 5 or 6 dyno pulls on a fresh rebuild. New rods, pistons, heads. MSD 7AL, AMS 500, Landers built turbo 400 w/ electric shifter, Fast, much more.$14,500. Will post pics next week if there is any interest.

is this the car that went to the semi finals and forgot to engage the trans brake and red-lighted?

This is a great deal. I have all the parts needed to put this car back to stock except the transmission. The parts come with the car.

The car is for sale $14,500. Tired of paying to store it down here. Tuning is done, runs good did 635 RWHP and 588 Torque @ #19 boost on the dyno. Dyno guy said I was too lean so we quit, I had planned to go to #25 boost. When I got the run sheet the A/F topped out at just over 13:1?????

Where is the car located? Do you have any current pics? Thanks

The car looks the same as the last pics posted. I'm located in Gulfport, MS.

It is tuned for C16 it runs fine on 93 for street driving,
The Beast.jpg
good for about #18-19 boost. I've never tried to push it on 93.

Which magnafuel pump is in it? I seem to be having issues with mine not pushing enough fuel too, then again I run E85 so I need to push more fuel.. They keep telling me to make sure I have a 1/2" breather. Also GLWS...man that's a lot of car for the money!

I see in one of the pictures the a/c canister is still there. Does the car still have a/c and heat? Im interested in the car , thats why all the silly questions.... wish you were closer though....
