Pioneer DEH p47 DH?

any one using this radio? I had the car apart this winter and now get no sound. All the wires are hooked up and the radio works. I had this happen befor but don't recall what it was. It is a push of a button, but don't know which one. I tried every one on it this morning.

i have this radio..

you may pay a visit to pioneers website because they have .pdf manuals for download there. i have not personally experienced that problem before but i know there is a mute button on the front of he radio.
