piston rod's

Is it true that the dots on the rods face one way on one side, and face the other way on the other bank, please clarify if I'm off base on this and if true,
please correct me on the right oriention of the rods. I'm speaking of the stock 2 dot rods.

You are correct. They do face opposite directions from side to side. The drivers side (left side), the dots will face towards the rear. The passenger side (right side), will face forward. Remeber, the bearing tangs on the rods with always go toward the pan rail. Hope that helps. :smile:
