im about to install a new steering box in my 87. Do I need to rent the pitman arm puller or is there another way of getting the arm off?

Ugh what a job. Puller didn't work. Had to heat the arm with my torch while the puller was under tension and then hit it with a hammer.
Does anyone know what size the pitman arm nut is?
