I was told it was a 3" Terry Houston. It has the longitudinal lines, and the finish looks right, but it has a dimple in this upper right bolt hole which I was told was an art feature. Also the inside of the flange has a straight edge. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a TH with a bigger puck.

Hardly the expert on the subject but I thought the real THDP had rounded corners on the puck arm and didn't have the dimple? The straight edge on the flange also looks different from the real THDP's I have seen. I know they made different iterations of these so maybe there were slight differences? Let's call on @BobbyBuick to see what he says.

Im not sure what it is....... its not a THDP If i was betting it would be a Mease Pipe .it looks like a nice pipe but it is bent more like a dls and THDP 3.5 inch then a 3 inch THDP .The 3 inch in the photos is a THDP however there were a couple different flanges used

it looks like the 90 sweeps more also could it be a ATR pipe
Maybe, but my 3" ATR looks very different than the OP's. Perhaps they had different versions of the ATR's too? Lol. Thanks for chiming in by the way.
