Please Help....No Start in NNJ

My car was running when I pulled my engine to have it freshened, I reinstalled it and I have a no start condition. I have gone over everything and am at a loss. I have no spark, no injector pulse and no cranking RPM. I back probed the crank sensor, cam sensor and all connections of the C3. All voltages check out OK. I changed out the ignition module also.

PLEASE NOTE- The car is using a BS3, with stock coils and a MSD DIS-4.

I need help from someone who really knows these cars well hopefully in the NNJ area.
