Mistake #2 NO tracking
Mistake #3 no insurance
It could have happened even if you used FED EX or UPS.. Which insure first $100 included in price to ship..
Getting the money back from any shipper takes a long time.
I used UPS for a NEON light sign that I sold.. took 2 1/2 months to get the money back.. I had to find others for sale on ebay
to prove its worth. I had to fax copies of completed sales showing what people paid for the same light.
