I am looking into installing some ported cast iron (stock type) heads, the porting was already done, the guy I got them from ported the heads per the profiles in the Buick Performance book, then decided to go with aluminum heads, I am going to have them sonic tested first, then flowed and I would like to compare my numbers with yours, thanks for your posts...:D

Cast heads ported by Luallen Cyclinder heads @ (812)951-3027
flown @ 28" h2o barometer 28.92 temp 70
matched to 1200 Fel Pro gasket.
Avg. intake @ .500"lift 210 cfm
Avg. exhaust @ .500"lift 164 cfm
Take heed that flow benches have some discreptancys
Superflows tend to read about 5 - 10 cfm high
these were checked on a JKM bench supposed to be considered
one of the more accurate
