Please test site

Site was up for me this AM, but not for Dave. I had him enter in the static IP address:

http://208.185.226.189/

and it came right up. Soooo, that tells me it's a DNS issue.

We also realized that if the www.21globe.com didn't work either for some people, that kinda points to the DNS issue being with them (the hosting co.). If their own site and sites they host are unavailable, kinda seems like an issue there & not elsewhere.

Sooooooo, if anyone goes to our site via www.hrpartsnstuff.com and it doesn't work, then try the 21globe site. If neither work, then try the static IP address above & see if our site comes up.

If the DNS issue is NOT with the hosting co., any idea on how to fix it or figure it out?????

Sites do not host their own DNS usually. ISP's usually only host for their users, but your ISP provides DNS resolution based on Internic records. Probably the reason why bightnet and NCS work but RR and adelphia may not. Most larger DNS are at a wider level. I did do some checking and it appears that there have been some wide area DNS issues. Seems mostly in NYC, Florida, Hawaii california. Looks like peopl in columbus have been having problems too. I also saw that califonia seems to have two major routers outages over the last couple of days. From what research I did I found that Road Runner and Adelphia are having issues more than others. That however is only what I saw from my brief research. You might want to try adding the following DNS entries in your IP settings. Then try it.
