Plugs For M&A Gen III

What's the best spark plug to run with the GenIII M&A's? Thanks guys.
I don't think the GN1's and R heads would have the same plug.
This is for strip only.

NGK-R's?

I'm running the M&A's stage III Heads and i'm using the Autolite FR1LS plugs gaped to .30
