PM box full

Says pm box full at 15, but my inbox and sent items folder says 0. so how can i delete full pm box so i can send and receive messages.

I'm having the same problem.

"You have 16 messages stored, of a total 15 allowed."

That's what it says on my inbox. I have 0 in inbox, sent items, and tracked messages.

1 unread message, then when I tried to read it, you have 18 messages, only 15 allowed. 2 folders: 0 messages in both!

Same here...

It's like our old messages are still showing up as taking up space but we can't get to them. It's got the PM boxes locked down.

Same issue here No way to dump the "old" messages. Any answeres to that?
