ok i did a search and came up with a srt4 race:confused:  ive heard of polishing the push rods so the oil slides a lil better? is it good to take the black paint off??
thanks in advance

it'll only work if you put a Tornado in the air intake and a magnet on the fuel line..

The best way to improve push rod function, is to increase the diameter and wall thickness. Polishing pushrods is something that Monica is (supposedly) good at.:D If you have a problem breaking pushrods, and larger ones are not available, then maybe polishing them would help, but probably imeasurable.
Are you sure that they were talking about push rods, or connecting rods. The SRT4 is overhead cam and doesn't have pushrods. Unless they use a '32 Ford Street Rod to "push" the car and help it get going. If you polish your '32 Ford "Push Rod", it might let all the oil (blowing out of a SRT4) to drip off better.:D
