Before I get my motor in I'm trying to take my time and get it looking good. I've painted under the hood. Now I'm trying to clean and paint or polish the stuff going back on the motor.
I decided to clean some of the stainless lines, fuel, powersteering, etc. Also some of the aluminum brackets. I used a wire wheel on my grinder and a small one on a dremel tool.
Will they even stay like this very long. Is there a high temp clear sealer that I should use. Or should I paint them with a high temp paint. I did just get a small powder coating system, so I could do any parts that fit in an oven.
Any advice anyone?
thanks
