What's up with that ! Why does my car sometimes pops thru the K&N cone fileter in my air intake ? I always back of when it does that. New Ac Delcos 43' plugs, new wires, new egr valve, new fuel filter, new pcv valve. It does not pop all the time, just sometimes....

I forgot to mention that I have cracks in both of my factory headers. Other than that the car is very good to me.

Is this when your accelerating? Didnt see fuel pump modification(s) in your sig. Check your fuel pressure when under boost and make sure your matching boost pound for pound. Fuel filter been changed? Any KR when this happens (what does your knock gauge or scantool say).
First check that all your spark plug wires are all the way on the plugs TIGHT. That will definately make it backfire from the intake. You can check the coil pack too.
Intake backfire is not good. I would take it easy on the car until you solve the issue.

cracks in your headers cause your BLM's to go up

High BLMs, means your ecm is putting more fuel into the mix because the motor is running lean.
it could be throwing off your air/ fuel ratiio

too much fuel can cause a popping sound

do a search of "cracked header" or " High Blm's"

If you had a In-car scantool you could monitor your BLM's
see if you can borrow one
if they are cracked that bad your blms, will be over 128 for sure

scantools are the only way to truly see what your car is doing ,
