ok i popped both my headgaskets at the track, my stupid fault. sorta.lol

i hit the rev limiter a couple times before i realized it was in second, DOH!!!! lol

anyhow i got it all tore down and was wondering if there was anything i should do with this before i reassemble it?

besides clean it and such,

one fella told me i should bring in the heads cause water in the chambers is bad news and possible cracked valves?

i was running distilled water pure when this happened.
and 25 psi.....

IMHO, I would have the mating surface of the heads trued. I would susect that if it blew once, it could blow again and at the same location. I know you claim it was your fault for blowing the HG, but the spot where it blew will probably be the weak part of the cylinder head, so having the head surfaced may reduce the possiblilty of the problem re-occuring.
