popping thru air cleaner

now when i floor it it pops and surges every time it does that the boost goes up and drops and goes up again and my gas mileage is awful

Cant help when you dont provide any good info. Need a full list of what you have, scan tool info, boost level, chip, etc

As BB87 put it. You haven't supplied us with anything. Injecters,boost ,turbo, Intercooler. And mileage of motor.

Like going to a dentist and saying it hurts. ( What does).
