I have a stock turbo that has been ported a little in the intake housing and exhaust. I notice that with my polished aluminum inlet bell, there is a still a lip in the stock turbo inlet. I was wondering if it would be worth it to port match the turbo inlet to the inlet bell?
If so, how far back to I go? As far as possible or just before where the compressor wheel is?
Also,
Would it be worth it to have the exhaust housing on the turbo coated with on of the high temp coatings?
I.E.
