Ports on bottom of throttle body.

I am straightening up wires and hoses under the hood. What are these ports in the lower part of the throttle body? They look to be running into one another. Can I just put some 1/8th " plugs in.....?

Those where for the coolant that ran thru the throttle body.

I just put a rubber cap on them just incase you want to use them later
