POS Reno AC conveter

I'm tired of fing around with those guys in Reno or TX. My converter is LOOOOSE and they have restalled it 3 times without any improvements. Can someone suggest what I should do...ideally I'd like to have my 9" non loc rebuilt by someone who knows what's up.
