Should the green light be on all the time.or does it only come on when i turn the key on and of? *I can't get this thing to work.need help thanks.
i down loaded the drivers for windows 7.and i tried to run on windows xp and i get nothing from both.

It will blink once when the key is on, and blink always when communicating with your computer and is online, with the key on of course.
