Power door lock relay location?

I am looking for the power door lock relay. Read that it was behind the ECM but I can not find it. Once I remove the ECM tray there is still a plastic kick panel there. Do I need to remove it somehow to get access to the power door lock relay?

Yes.

The relay had to be grounded. Check for a good ground the the body behind the bolt.
