Complete unit. Brakes went hard on the car it was on once, over a year ago. Didnt do it again, but the owner wanted vaccume brakes installed anyways. Looks like its in great condition though, and worked perfect when I drove the car it was on. Can be used "as is" or as replacement parts. Either way, just need it out of my way.

On a side note, chicken head....that is a MEAN looking big block you got going on!!! Nice!!!
