Powermaster Motor stays on

[85 WH-1]

does anyone have the same problem my powermaster pump motor cuts on as soon as i plug it up without the the ignition on or without a key it never cuts off so i have to unplug it and NO MY BRAKES DONT WORK RIGHT is it a pressure switch problem or accumulator ball problem or something that can be fixed by bleeding
i can use any help that i can get
