PowerMaster Warranty question...

I purchased a complete powermaster unit from Kirban a few years back and it has since gone south. My understanding is they have a lifetime warranty to the original owner (me). I still have the original box it came in, but cant find the kirban reciept. Do you guys know how this warranty works? Will kirban work with me on this if there is no reciept?? Im sure they can look me up in the system and see that I purchased one??
