Is this everything you need minus cutting 2 holes in the header pannel? I have seen many advertise with the stock powerstroke pipes, not the pipes you need for a turbo buick install. If this is a direct install, nice price, have me thinking of upgrading.

Pipes are for intercooler 3" must be modified between inlet and outlet of turbo.
