Well after reading about this being done, I decided I wanted to do it also.

I got it installed and plummed up, just waiting on the radiator to be repaired where I nocked a hole in it. Don't try and do this with the radiator installed....Lesson learned!

All 3" tubing and it ifts nice!

I will be placing photos on my website tonight so check them out.

Congrats, hope you like it.

Which 3" pipes did you get, and how did you run them? Any mods to the intercooler? How'd you mount it?

My setup looks jus tlike yours. I used your NAPA parts list and hose and it went together like it was made for it.

I did have to cut the up pipe as it was to long. I sat the IC with the brackets onto the bumper shocks then took a metal band and drilled and bolted it to them, it fitted great.

Thanks for the helpfull info on doing this project and I hope I like it when it is finished. Just worried about putting the nose back on the car and everything fitting. I did polish the inlet/outlet of the IC and de-bured all the IC pipes.

Did you end up cutting any rows out?? Just curious. I located one today. They guy wants a bit much, but we will see... 2 years of looking for one locally (cheap) with no luck. we'll see what tomorow brings!

No, I didn't want it cut.....I am putting hte headlight assy back in today..I will keep you informred on that install.....

I put a wanted add on here and picked mine up for $75 + shipp.

Good luck and keep us Informed!

Look for diesel truck web sites, or turbocharged ford sites (cars) and post a wanted ad for the IC there. That's what I did (can't remember which site) and got mine from a guy in AZ for $125.
